2-½ bath island home in South West Kauai. Our Kalaheo home
offers a special quiet quaintness in the Heart of Kalaheo’s
island style neighborhood. Upon entering your home, our stairs lead up
to our vaulted ceiling living room with surrounding Lanai decking
circling your entire home. Kalaheo Hale’s living room also
adjoins the dining room, kitchen 3 bedrooms and bathrooms affording
everything are easily accessible. Our Master bath has a spa tub with
private shower and sitting vanity area. Our Lanais offer distant ocean
views through our neighborhood. Kalaheo Hale is a casual drive to
Famous “Poipu Beach” and Polihale beach parks. Kalaheo Hale
is also Located 10 miles from our islands main shopping center
“Kukui Grove” and Lihue airport. Centrally located and
exceptionally priced at only $1,600 per week (includes Check out
cleaning and taxes) Kalaheo Hale offers island style living at an
exceptional price!
Vacation condos Ameties:Our Kalaheo Hale includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything a kitchen needs. From utensils, dishware, glassware, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker this home has everything to facilitate a family’s meal. Your home also has a 27” television, VCR, DVD player and theater sound setup. The Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom each have their own televisions so everyone can enjoy their favorite programs. Bedding is as follows: Master offers a Queen size bed, 2nd bedroom a double and 3rd bedroom a double as well. Kalaheo Hale has a ½ bath in the hallway, a shower and bathroom at the end of the hallway and a full bath in the master bedroom. Phone service is also available (local calls are free however please utilize your cellular or prepaid calling card for long distance). Dial up Internet service is available for local number carriers. Kalaheo Hale has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
Rates: Kalaheo Hale is offered at $1,600 per week and includes all Taxes and Check out cleaning fees. A $500 dollar deposit is due at time of booking and refundable within 30 days after check out and home inspection. Full prepayment is required 90 days prior to check in. Cancellation of 60 days or less will not be refunded unless reserved dates are resold. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from deposit if cancelled. Mahalo!
