Banyan Harbor Resort offers one and two bedroom condominiums on the Beautiful island of Kauai Hawaii. From the moment you set foot in our island styled lobby, you’ll feel the “Aloha Spirit” which has made Kauai the popular destination it is today. Nestled on a hillside overlooking Kalapaki Bay, the Banyan Harbor Resort is ideal for your next getaway. Just steps from Kalapaki Beach, This 148 all suite property is the Garden Island’s most centrally located condominium resort.
Our four story resort, no taller than a coconut tree is 2.25 miles from the islands main Lihue airport, 34 miles from Hanalei‘s cascading waterfall’s, 13 miles from “Sunny” Poipu’s “Spouting Horn” and 36 miles from the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific, Kokee State Park.
Activities: Great shopping, restaurants, activities, and entertainment surround Banyan Harbor Resort. You will find seven restaurants, and two shopping centers just a short walk from the property. There are also three golf courses, Kauai’s largest shopping center, Movie Theater, and excellent ocean and helicopter charters available within two miles of the resort. The Anchor Cove and Harbor shopping malls are only a casual 5-minute stroll from the resort. Various island specialty restaurants are also located in the shopping centers and surrounding areas!
Kalapaki Accomadations: Banyan Harbor Resort features one and two bedroom
condominiums; Full kitchen; one ½ baths, air conditioning, and
either daily or weekly maid service. The condominiums have 1,000 square
feet of living area with carpeting and tile flooring. Each Condo is
complimented with a living room, dining area, and air conditioning. All
units have a television, radio alarm clock, and VCR (movie rentals are
available at the front desk). Kitchen features full size
refrigerator/freezer, full size oven w/ four burners stove top,
dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, all dishware, glasses, cooking
utensils, cutlery, and silverware. Sleeping arrangements include a
Master B/R Queen size bed, 2nd B/R Queen or Double bed and the sofa
pulls out into a sofa sleeper. Units are air-conditioned and include
ceiling fans for additional comfort. A weekly maid service is included,
all one bedrooms sleep four, and two bedrooms sleep six. Roll a way
beds are available on request at $10 per day.
Locations: Located in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, and 2 miles from the main Kauai island airport. Take Aukini out of the airport and turn left at first traffic light on Kapule Hwy. Turn left at stop sign on Rice street and meander past the Kauai Marriott, Harbor Mall and Anchor Cove shopping centers, Banyan Harbor Resort will be on the Right nestled against a hillside. Room Rates: Two rental options are available. A). Daily rentals available at $120 for a one bedroom condo or $135 for a two bedroom condo per day. Please add 11.42% state taxes. B). Owner weekly rentals offered at $799 per week (1 bedroom) or $899 (2 bedroom). Owner rental weeks are date sensitive. Please add a 4.17% state excise tax and the state accommodation tax (estimated at $3.65) will be collected upon your resort checkout. Full prepayment is due upon booking and is non-refundable. Should a cancellation be unavoidable, a cancellation safety option is available.
